I had some vinyl stickers made of my wonderful studio assistant, Rose and a super cute digital drawing I did of her! These stickers are 3” at their widest and printed on vinyl, so they’re more durable than my typical paper stickers.
Shipping & Returns Policies
Shipping Policy
I ship out orders 1-2 times per week, so orders will generally take 3-5 business days to ship. All orders will be shipped exclusively via USPS, with different mail classes available for most items.
For international orders (any outside the United States), you may have to pay duties upon delivery of your order. I cannot collect duties or VAT for you at the moment, but I hope to be able to do so in the future for your convenience!
Please include your preferred name in your order if your preferred name is different than the one on your address: I like to write thank you notes for every order and am always happy to use preferred names, since I know getting deadnamed is unpleasant.
I am still new to Shopify and how shipping works on its platform, but whenever there are changes, I will update and amend my policies.
Returns Policy
I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days (two weeks) after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact me at saullewisarts@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). I also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
I also do not accept returns of any discounted or Seconds Sale items, including Mystery Packs of Imperfect Zines and Imperfect Prints
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
